Custom Orders

How it works:

Email us at natasha@novafirejewellery.co.za or reach out on our Instagram or Facebook pages (links at the bottom of the site) with the general idea of what you're looking for. Minimum custom order values start at ZAR600. Custom orders are taken at the artist's discretion.

A good start would be to have the gemstone/s you'd like, the meaning you're looking for, the occasion and the type of metal you would like your beauty wrapped in.

Once that's locked and loaded, we generate a quote for you based on your requirements. The price will be driven by the rarity and grade of the stone/s you want, the metal as well as the time and effort it will take to create your piece.

Should you accept the quote, full upfront payment is required to secure the gemstones and materials as well as a spot in the creation queue.

There may be a bit of a wait if we have to source the gemstone/s or metal from another country for you, but the perfect gemstone is entirely worth it!

Once we start work on your one-of-a-kind piece, we'll send you progress shots, pick your brain a little more and. once the beauty is complete, your piece will be cleansed, intentioned and packaged with magic and love.
